Shipping Your Package

Colissimo Expert F, Signature Required

Packages weighing less than 19 kg, as well as frames smaller than 60 x 80 cm, are shipped by Colissimo, with insurance and a tracking number.

Order Shipping Time

Photographic Prints (3-4 business days)

Prints are produced within 2 to 3 days after receipt of your order and confirmation of payment.

Prints only are therefore shipped directly, protected between two rigid cardboard boxes (or in a cardboard tube for large formats).

Shipping is Colissimo Expert F, tracked, signature required, and insurance included.

Photographic Prints with Frame (7 to 10 business days)

Prints are produced within 2 to 3 days after receipt of your order and confirmation of payment.

The prints are sent to our framing partner (Atelier ELIO) to be framed with the frame and mat ordered. The entire order is then sent directly to you.

Shipping is Colissimo Expert F, tracked, delivered against signature, and includes insurance.

PLEASE NOTE:

Upon delivery, you must check the condition of the package and its contents.

If it appears damaged, you must REFUSE it so that Colissimo can reimburse the shipping cost and we can send you a replacement.

With insurance, if the frame has been damaged during shipping, you have 24 hours to report it to La Poste, and thus claim the insurance and return it to us for a replacement.

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a link that will allow you to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may contain a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for each order.

Packages are oversized and protected, shipped at your own risk, with insurance in case of damage.
