This statue is located in the Place de la Concorde in Paris's 8th arrondissement, near the Champs-Élysées.
The Horses of Marly are sculpted in Carrara marble, created between 1743 and 1745 by Guillaume Coustou, depicting two rearing horses with their groom. They were commissioned by King Louis XV for the watering trough at the entrance to the Château de Marly.
